Abundance

What makes a good leader?

We all have expectations about life experiences. For example we have expectations about our relationships, work and passions. For most of us our expectations are beliefs. We believe he or she has to behave this way or that way or we believe the outcome at work happens a certain way if not we will not have the right result.

This is all ok and normal except this is not the end of it. What is missing is the understanding that all expectations and beliefs are only a stepping stone to something more important. The reason for this is because there is something over riding beliefs and expectations

What brings forth a leader from the followers? you may well ask. Well a leader has no expectations, has no beliefs, a leader has a rock solid knowing deep down inside which is not affected in any way by someone who thinks. Beliefs emanate from lack. A leader lives in abundance which is not apparent yet. Natural high frequency thoughts from abundance override lower frequency thoughts.

Abundance is a higher frequency state which attracts the essence in those in a lower frequency state because our essence is all the same. A leader is self made.

The knowing of Self as ‘a child of nature’ is paramount.

Interesting that ‘deep knowing’ is the most important part of being a leader to you, Alan xx

Thanks Janet, A deep knowing precludes everything not just leadership. I can write about it as that’s where I live. xo
