A big NO to thinking about the past and/or the future.
Why I don’t spend time there is because in reality there is only the now moment.
Future and past only belong in the Low frequency energy fields of physicality which has to come to an end.
Living in the now moment is a very high frequency energy field of Nature yet to be noticed by some humans.
In the nature of the Now moment there is only Oneness or Awareness as nature knows nothing about anything whether its about time future or past as these words and meanings only come to life in the material world because evolution has evolved to the extent there are now humans with senses and brain resulting in a mind that thinks. None of that exists in the now moment as the now moment is only energy. Infinite and eternal energy.
Awareness is not found by looking out-side for it. If you have trouble noticing it on the Inside, you have some road blocks that need attention. If you cannot find your answers in my blogs or on you-tube send me an email.
You are so special to have been born here and you deserve the best that this Life can offer. Your time as a humanoid is slowly running out. Its never too late to jump off life’s conveyor belt and really live.
