How do you relax?

One way for me to relax is to play a musical instrument. I suspect we all find something ‘ to do ‘ so when we are consumed in an activity which takes us away from the daily grind we find relaxation.

We all need this for obvious reasons and we also realise that this relaxing is only temporary. It is interesting that most of the activities are performed externally aren’t they?

What about Yoga and all forms of meditation? They are also forms of relaxation and rightly so. All actions to relax should take us away from our emotional bodies where fear and worries reside.

There’s an underlying principle here that we need to realise.
Notice the outwardly forms of relaxation have no permanent effect on our emotional body!
In other words emotions of fear, anxiety or worry are always within.
However, when we look inward and relax with Yoga or any form of meditation something miraculous will happen. Low energy fields of anxiety, fear and worry dissipate under the higher energy fields of Mother Nature.

That is the real Truth. Do a U turn!
You will lift a veil and find the Light of Consciousness.
