What positive emotion do you feel most often?

To be happy we have to be at peace with ourselves. They go hand in hand.
The Peace we feel when we view something of nature for example, is created by our senses and brain.
Our sense of seeing along with a silent mind creates a peaceful feeling.
Aren’t we so fortunate we can create this feeling with nature so as to take us away from other feelings which can be so upsetting.

We can call this peaceful feeling a positive emotion and the opposite is a disturbing feeling which we classify as negative. We could also say that all our emotions result from feelings and our feelings come from our interpretation of or how we react to what is triggering our bodily senses. That is the way this world works. (duality)

Remember that all of this only happens because we were born into this world with particular senses. A question you may then ask; is there another world with bodies with different or no senses? Are their senses so different they have no feelings hence no emotions resulting in a totally peaceful world? Are they truely peaceful and happy on the inside with only deep compassion and real love for others on the outside?

You could say that world does not exist and who ever thinks like that is dreaming. That is OK but keep an open mind.

What if we reverse the situation and there are ones who totally overlook their senses as their senses to them are meaningless. Also, It has reached the stage for them that they separate themselves from their bodies.
Putting it another way, they don’t react to their body’s senses at all, and they even feel disconnected from their body. The result of this is a life of perfect peace and happiness and this life is so real to them that they are living in the Real world of Oneness and you are living in the world of duality and you are dreaming.

Don’t laugh; hang around; put off making the coffee this could start getting serious …..

It is impossible for mankind to consider the enormity of the energy fields of mother nature. Her frequency spectrum is infinite which means it is immeasurable.
If we drew a long line on the sand then it took an hour or so to walk back to somewhere near the middle and we placed two dots one representing our audio frequency band and the other the vision band of our senses you can get some idea of the limitations of our senses and the enormity of the the energies of mother nature. And we think we live in a big wide wonderful world. We have absolutely no idea how limited our senses are.

There are three stages our bodies go through on a daily basis
1. We are awake.
2. We can be in deep sleep.
3. We can be in a dream state.
Have you ever wondered why we wake up at all in the morning and don’t keep sleeping forever?
Well the magic is all about the 4th stage. You should be now getting the message that this 4th stage is the most important of all because in this stage are all the energies of creation ad infinitum. This is the Real True essence of you.
Mother nature who knows nothing; lets you sleep so she can repair and replace old body cells, keep your heart pumping, your lungs breathing, gives your thinking mind a rest so you don’t go insane then when you are replenished she provides the energy of sunlight, the sound of nature (or your alarm clock) water and food, then round and round the cycle goes.

So why don’t you recognise more deeply the real meaning of mother nature?
It is because you have created a Self-centered separate Egoic self with such strong beliefs which are false that you refuse to give any of it up for fear you may lose something you have worked so hard for.
Now you know why you have to suffer. You will suffer all the while you look outward in your world of duality until you volunteer or are forced through suffering to give in.
It is up to each of us to turn inward and rest in eternal Peace. You have to give in and give up to win the race of Life.
You will live a life of abundance because you found Truth on the inside then your outer world will be a reflection of the Inner. It will never work in reverse.
Can you see now that the way of nature is the only way and that the finite frivalis thinking mind will always fail.

I’m sure going to enjoy that coffee.
