Fear of the Unknown

Following the post called “How did I get like this” then following contemplation of the deeper meaning by some humans, they pondered all the fear that a newborn has to go through as its five senses are coming to life, they then wondered if this is why fear continues in the background throughout their life on earth.

Firstly; pondering, wondering, contemplation is a natural happening of the mind and a really good indicator that you are a noticer. Your life is now taking a different path when you do this. Instead of the usual wondering what tomorrow may bring amongst other things we may wonder about, you are now noticing something about you. That is a major turnaround which will walk you closer to your real essence .

Yes. Those first time activations of the senses in the infant will be recorded as patterns in the brain. There would be lots of chemical and electro/magnetic along with other actions and those patterns will be recorded as fear patterns. Along with that, the senses individually will also be stored in special pockets of the brain for example the light that frightened it today will be stored in vision memory then when the same or similar vision is activated tomorrow, it is not so frightening now. The same goes for the sounds, touch, taste and smell. All the while the infant is growing in all aspects including the brain. Repetition leads to acceptance. (just ask the media)

Right now, what you see is not entirely new to the brain it just makes the necessary changes to what is basically stored, then each time you blink or move your head, the number of changes that occur to watch something moving is beyond comprehension. The workings of a man made computer don’t compare in any way to the computations in the human brain. All created by Mother Nature.

You may now wonder, am I stuck forever with the fear of the unknown? Although you may not notice it directly, we are all afraid of dying. We also do not know what happens to our Soul after the death of the body. I have really good news for you. You are in the right place to notice changes in your life and it is all up to you. You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink. Your intuition has the answer. “I know nothing”. (ponder that for a while)

Well I think that is it for now. I hope you have enjoyed being here as much as I have. Guess where I am off too? Wrong! I’m going for a coffee.

Alan.

PS A very close friend of Fear, is Worry. They go hand in hand. Why you cling to being worried and won’t let go will become obvious as we progress. We have to go through these procedures in small steps. Where you are now is quite normal. Relax.

Fear and worry will be reduced by acceptance of the realities of life that we have no control over and cannot change.
Fear and worry about where we are in life can be reduced through action by ourselves to place us where we wish to be.
    Thanks Alan.
