How did I get Like This?

Well I was not like this when I was born was I !!

All I was was a small physical body with 5 SENSES. Just a skin bag really. Three of my senses ‘touch’ ‘taste’ ‘smell’ I found it took no time for me to NOTICE the touch and smell of a Breast then the taste of the Milk. However before those senses were activated there was NOTHING. Just an emptiness.

Now that I am in this world all on my lonesome, I can only ‘hear’ noises. The noises make no sense to me at all. Also, along with the sense of ‘sight’ I may see some weird shapes along with what we call colours but nothing I ‘see’ makes any sense to me. ( A nurse accidently drops forcepts on a metal sink.) Everything is so frightening!

Let me out of here!!

The only way I get some comfort is to close my eyes and shut out those stupid shapes and colours then after a while the frightening noises go away and I find the perfect peace and happiness deep within. I feel I have gone back home.

It is easy to read this story from a thinking mind but can you notice the meaning between the words. Can you notice deep in you an emptiness. It may even feel like a feeling.

It is time for you to be the Child you once were. It is just a matter of noticing. You may sit or lie down with your eyes closed and that will get rid of your sense of being. Then you may notice your thoughts and find a silence between your thoughts and rest in the silence. That gets rid of your knowing. When you notice this, it means you have moved from your Head space into your Heart space.

Remember to do this often . It gets easier with practice and equally important you will feel better.

Goodness me. I’ll have to go and reheat my coffee. Till next time.

Alan.
