The Energy of Food.

Well they are the favourites because of the taste they provide and the nourishment to survive. We have to expend energy to get things done; the things to give us a happy and prosperous life-style.

So the power house for a physical life only comes from energy supplied from the food grown or what is emanating from the earth naturally and all of this is given to us. The gift of Nature which is not worth thinking about. Be honest, you only want to think about you and your feelings because you have a body that learns from other bodies and you do things.

We fail to notice the power -house of Nature which is primordial from which the human body has evolved and is always evolving. Your thinking mind is infinitesimal that means that the life of your thinking body is worth nothing whatsoever until you wake up and notice your Natural Life which is eternal.

If you try to ignore the Power of Nature you will suffer in some way or another. You must ” carry the Cross” and you will hurt so much that at some time or another you will shift from the shadow of the thinking and doing of life to the light of consciousness within.

Stop clinging to the Outer you.

Notice and feel the Inner energy of Eternity. It’s your birth-right.

It’s even in the food you eat the water you drink and the air you breathe.

Everything is energy.
