What are your daily habits?

Communicating with nature is a primary habit compared to habits pertaining to Self.

This happens to the extent that now it’s automatic because this so-called habit of a melding my Self of nature with nature creates unity.

Experiencing Unity has a gift built in.

If we have a habit of say an early morning walk, that walk is  really good exercise for the physical body.  However during the walk we could possibly use our unique mind to think of the past, present and future life experiences couldn’t we!

Now aren’t all those experiences a result of happenings we are either happy with or old sad experiences of the past which keep haunting us? Now we have created separation from nature.

We now have a choice only we can make and only if we want too. The choice is to drop all the thinking when we notice a gap between our thoughts. Now in the silence of the gap notice the nature of what you see around you. You will only experience the unity of nature when your thinking mind is resting. Notice your breath to start with and notice the Peace within then notice the peace in everything. Practice this as often as possible.
