My Violin

I have had my violin appraised. It has no name or markings on the inside and I am told it’s one of many hundreds made in Germany in the 1800s. I was also told and I know from playing it that it is very special and this ponders the question, what made it sound so much better than the others?

Like a Stradivarius Violin where everything has been done to copy the original, no one can create another like it. Something else that has to be considered is from the players point of view. As a matter of fact the player is the ultimate test. It’s not the sound it’s the ability of the instrument to respond technically and emotionally to the player.

This gets very interesting now as Stradivarius was the maker and someone in Germany made my instrument so what did they have in common which the other luthiers didn’t?

The others made their instruments from information stored in their heads so the instrument behaved like a machine whereas Stradivarius left all that stored in his memory in the background. He rested his thinking mind and settled in the Oneness of Nature in his Heart. The higher energy fields of our essence is in everything and resonance occurs between the maker, the instrument and player. There is Oneness. The thinking mind is in a lower vibration energy field and separates.

Life is a school and like the Violin we make our life only from our Heads and Life becomes boring like trying to play an ordinary Violin and it won’t provide what we really and truly want. That’s because you and I are not ordinary and until each of us learn how to raise our vibration and we resonate with the energy fields of Creation we are stuck.
