Describe one of your favorite moments.
There is only one moment not differing moments. My favourite is the ONE. In the ONE moment there is only purity which is devoid of time. This moment contains the power of the universe with the result life happens effortlessly.
Before I awoke to this reality, my life was lived from recollections of the past and future. It took some time for me to wake up to the fact that I was separating myself from real living as time can only be created by thinking of past and future happenings. Just by waking up first thing in the morning and having expectations of what the day will bring creates resistance to the divine.
You may find this difficult to understand and that is good for it shows how far you are on life’s journey to “Know Thyself”
The life you live as a human is a reflection of your Inner Sanctum only if you notice the unconditional Love which is your essence. Can you notice your thinking creates separation?
Let go. Drop all expectations. Stop clinging. Notice Nature. Rest your thinking mind. When you are aware of something or someone drop everything and become aware of only Awareness. It’s up to you.
