Who do you spend the most time with?
The quick answer is with my Wife however we all must realise we have to spend time with others.
Do you remember or you could notice if you wanted too that when children have a break from school classes they all gather together in small groups in the playground? The reason is it’s a result of nature and is called the Herd instinct. So as time goes by and the older we get it is so important we regularly gather with others.
Living life as a human can be very complex because everyone has differing concepts on how life should be lived but there is a hidden meaning here. The meaning is because there are anomalies and we cannot change any of them, noticing we have taken one meaning to be correct and the other wrong and suffering from the consequences is a big step in understanding Self.
Another way of looking at this is no matter what life is offering we cannot change it because it’s outside of us and we have no lasting control however, what we do is we go ahead and try to change or we want something or someone to change so as to align with our way of thinking. Don’t we!
This never works because you are telling the world you are lacking something and a change is needed externally to satisfy you. Your lack attracts more lack. A universal law. Your life is wasting away.
To live a truly happy life we need to notice that because we can’t find what we want outside of us we should wonder what may happen if we begin to notice what is happening inside of Self.
We must understand when we take sides even accepting something as right we have created separation.
Life’s Journey is the awakening from being struck in the complexities of the Ego situated above our shoulders to noticing the Oneness in the silence of the Heart.
It’s up to you to find your way remembering that everything you read or hear are only stepping stones. What you are looking for is already within.
Tricky isn’t it.
