Intriguing isn’t it!

Share a story about someone who had a positive impact on your life.

To me this story is intriguing and so it will be for you. This person was having a positive impact on my life however it took most of my life to really find me.

Why that happened that way is because I was looking.  Well, like you I was born to look, that’s what our vision is for. We are all looking at Life, are we not? After all we were born to “live a life” so we use our senses and brain to make the best of it.

Then I realised that this particular life also has an opposite. Let’s face it we have to die sometime somehow or other don’t we! after all the heart aches and its opposites, what a waste of time and energy to have to say goodbye.

Then I noticed someone special.  How did I notice the real me you may well ask? Instead of looking out as I was brought up to do wasting time and energy, I made a decision to look inward and give my senses and brain a well deserved rest. I noticed nature itself not the Form that nature has given me. Can you understand what I’m saying?

The Holy Bible, and all other religious books including all other books ever written and those to be written are all “out there” and none make any changes in how we live life from “Out There.” We are still fighting and killing each other as humanity did thousands of years ago because we are totally consumed by “out There.”

Life out there will never ever change by living and looking outside of Self. Gaining and having knowledge from outside is necessary to make life comfortable before we die and shed our garment however we all have the god given gift to notice the real me beyond names and senses.

I took the time to suspend looking and replaced it with noticing nature. For example take the sense of touch. Touching is given from nature so I notice the touching of cutlery in my fingers, the touching of food in my mouth, the touching of the breath of air on my skin. We are of Nature so nature comes first.

The nature of looking always precedes what looking outside shows us.

Intriguing isn’t it. And you?
