Where can you reduce clutter in your life?

There are two places where clutter can be reduced and both of them seem to be arduous tasks.

The clutter we accumulate over time from our daily living we want to cling too. It’s so difficult to throw it away even though it may never be of any use.

Equally, if not more important is the clutter we have accumulated in our thinking minds; we have that clutter stored as beliefs and memories. Once again we cling to old stuff.

Do we cling because of fear?                 Are we afraid of the unknown if we empty the closet in our mental mind, and from this inherent fear, we become hoarders in our physical world?

From childhood everything we need to learn and to live comfortably has to come from outside of Self. There’s no other way. The mental gymnastics upstairs have completely overlooked the source of life downstairs in the Heart.

A wise one looking deeper into Oneness will find no clutter while intelligence creates a paradox. That’s the pathway to the true self. It’s inherent in all to notice, as in noticing there is no clinging.
