Cause and Effect

They say that in the beginning there was a Bang (the cause) and the effect resulted in what we know as a planetary system. (I disagree. More on that later)

At this point in time we have a species called human beings creating effects caused by their individual self centred minds (cause)

The effects of this thinking mind will always result in something happening to us or away from us. That’s where evolution has existed up to now. Ponder that for a while!

Now all we are interested in, is having an idea of who we are in this so called physical world and equally important, we will cause things to happen which will result in us being the best and have everything to make us comfortable and happy no matter what. End of story?

Wait! This becomes interesting now because each of us know that we are all different in many ways. Aren’t we?

We all have more than one brain in our head. For starters we have a right brain, a left brain and as little as 40,000 years ago the frontal lobe became noticed.

When we take into consideration the genetics of the new born which are naturally acquired by conception, what follows in one instance will be the natural activity of the brains. What I mean by that is through genetics each individual will differ depending on the degree of activity of the right and left hemispheres of the brain. The result is we have some predominantly left brained becoming Engineers, Doctors, Lawyers etc. While others are said to be right brained becoming more creative and imaginative like Writers, Musicians, Artists, Actors, etc.

It’s time to now realise that everything that’s been written here has originated from a human thinking mind. Thinking (the cause) giving rise to a story (the effect)

You have to agree with me when I say we have duality here. Don’t we! Also alongside duality we have another pair called objectivity and subjectivity. It’s impossible to have one without the other. Any object cannot exist without being subjected to some degree.
I’m now asking myself is my God an object?
Now you would also have to agree that our world of yesterday, now and tomorrow is definitely a world of duality. Someone says something resulting in happiness or sadness, you sleep then awaken, health and illnesses etc are examples of dualism.

Have you noticed you have other attributes that are of your world of duality for instance what about imagination, intuition, mind, thought, soul.

Is there an opposite to imagination? No! There is imagination or no imagination. Is there an opposite to a thought? No! There’s either thinking or no thinking, you have a mind of your own and you make use of it or there is no mind.

We mentioned previously your body is born into a world of duality. Can you now notice also those aspects of you that are non-dual? They are no thing’s. When there is nothing there is emptiness. This emptiness or void could be called a Singularity. The True Nature of everything is nothing.

So, when you speak or think to yourself I Am, what is your true nature.. ..?
